Planning your event

All you have to do to host a successful Cuppa event is follow the steps below

Before the event

• Register your details (click here) and we will send you a host kit
• Decide on a theme and venue
• Send invitations to friends, family, work colleagues

During the event

• Decorate your venue with the balloons, posters etc that are included in your host pack
• Thank your guests for attending and helping to raise funds for HeartKids
• Enjoy the event and admire all the great work you have done to make it a success

After the event

• Collect and return your funds to the nominated address and/or bank account details that were sent to you in your host pack
• Send us your photos so we can put them up on our website and facebook page to inspire and encourage others to host their own Cuppa event
