Born in Melbourne but raised by the beach on Queensland's Gold Coast, one of the reasons a career as a chef appealed to Pete Evans was the lure of surfing and fishing all day and working at night. Fast forward a few years and Pete has established himself as one of Australia's top chefs, a regular at cooking schools and food events around the country. With a string of restaurants and four cookbooks under his belt, Pete also works as a television presenter on Channel 7's cooking show, My Kitchen Rules.
