
Recipe: Strawberry and Berry Frangipane Tart
French Patissiere Pierrick Boyer has turned Le Petit Gateau into a Melbourne Patisserie Institution. "I wanted an all round fresh tart that everyone would love. As my favourite berry compote recipe, I made this tart one day for the shop and never looked back". Pierrick will be attending the HeartKids Queen of Hearts High Tea event later this month to launch the Cuppa for HeartKids Campaign.
