Author of five cookbooks and Executive Chef at Mo Mo, Greg has forged a unique style of cooking that has become known around Australia as 'Modern Middle Eastern'. Attending the HeartKids Queen of Hearts High Tea event later this month, children with cardiac disease hold a special place in Greg’s heart, himself being a recipient of two heart transplants.
